ANDREA VANNI
FOUNDER
Andrea has 25 years' experience in the European real estate industry with over USD 12bn of transactions executed.
Andrea started his career at JP Morgan in 1999 where he joined the commercial real estate lending desk. During his tenure he covered a variety of roles, including large loan financing, CMBS structuring and distribution, NPLs and distressed assets acquisitions.
In 2007 he joined DWS (known as RREEF at that time), part of Deutsche Bank, with focus on European acquisitions and opportunistic investments.
In 2015 Andrea set up the DWS Real Estate Debt lending platforms raising €2.5bn in capital and over €2bn in assets under management.
In 2019 he co-founded Areli Real Estate, a UK mixed use developer.
BIRJU SHAH

Birju has 28 years experience in the real estate industry with over USD 30 bn of transactions executed.
He started within investment banking focusing on real estate over a 15 year period at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank, focusing on acting as principal on real estate credit and equity in the U.K and Europe
During the GFC, Birju moved into the real estate advisory space, sourcing and placing high yielding debt and equity opportunities, initially at Cairn Capital as head of its corporate advisory team and more recently as Head of Capital Advisory at Knight Frank
MICHAEL WHITNEY
HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT
Michael has over 20 years of experience in the property sector, having started in residential property and moved into the development world. He is an experienced development manager with over 2 million square feet developed over several projects located in central London. These include uses such as residential, hotel, office, and medical care facilities.
Michael is a member of the RICS and has previously sat on the BPF's development committee.
AUGUSTINAS INDRASIUS
INVESTMENT MANAGER
Augustinas experience covers credit and real estate underwriting across Europe. He received a Master's Degree in Real Estate from Harvard University and a BSc in Urban Planning from the University College London.
Together, our four major partners have the experience and capability to organise development projects, secure funding, and arrange mezzanine equity for a wide range of clients across London, the UK, and globally.
